Terms of Service
Effective from October 1, 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of Manylander at manylander.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to the Acceptable Use Policy, and you acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
The Service is operated by Sanzhar Orel, an individual based in Almaty, Kazakhstan (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at support@manylander.com.
2. Who can use the Service
The Service is intended for business and professional use. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or a team, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
3. Your account
You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@manylander.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. What the Service does
Manylander lets you upload static landing pages (“landers”), configure tracker links and pixels, connect your own domains and publish landers on those domains.
When you upload a lander, we process it automatically: we validate the archive, remove external scripts, redirect scripts and similar elements, rewrite file paths, and insert the tracking parameters and code you configure. The cleanup report shows what was removed. You are responsible for checking the published result before sending traffic to it.
We may add, change or remove features. If a change materially reduces functionality you rely on, we will try to give you reasonable notice.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to the files, texts, settings and other materials you upload or create in the Service (“Content”).
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, modify as described above, and make your Content publicly available on the domains you connect — solely in order to provide the Service to you.
You confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed for your Content and that it complies with the law and with these Terms. We do not review Content before publication, but we may remove or disable Content that violates these Terms or the law.
The Service is not a backup. Keep your own copies of the files you upload.
6. Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, cloaking — showing moderators, reviewers or automated checks content that differs from what regular visitors see — is prohibited. The Service does not support it.
7. Domains
You may connect only domains that you own or are authorised to use. You are responsible for DNS settings and for registering and renewing your domains. TLS certificates for connected domains are issued through our infrastructure provider.
We may disconnect a domain if it is used in breach of these Terms, is the subject of a substantiated complaint, or threatens the security or reputation of the Service.
8. Third-party services
The Service works alongside third-party products that you choose — advertising platforms, trackers, analytics pixels — and relies on infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare and Supabase. Your use of third-party products is governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for them. You are responsible for complying with the rules of the advertising platforms you work with.
9. Visitors to your landers
You decide what data your landers collect about visitors — for example through pixels, forms or tracker parameters — and you are responsible for the notices, consents and legal bases this requires. Where we process personal data of visitors on your behalf while hosting your landers, we do so only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Fees
The Service is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce paid plans or usage limits in the future. We will announce them in advance, and you will not be charged without your explicit agreement.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to support@manylander.com.
We may suspend or terminate your access, unpublish landers or disconnect domains if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if the law requires it, or if it is necessary to protect the Service or other people. Where reasonable, we will notify you and give you a chance to fix the problem.
After termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and trademarks, belongs to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, resell or decompile the Service, except where the law expressly allows it.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that landers or domains will be approved by advertising platforms or remain accessible, or that you will achieve any particular result.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses, lost profits, lost advertising spend, loss of data or business interruption.
Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose and (b) USD 100.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
15. Indemnification
You will compensate us for losses and reasonable costs arising from third-party claims related to your Content, your landers and domains, your advertising campaigns, or your breach of these Terms or of the law.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date. We will notify you of material changes in advance, by email or in the Service. By continuing to use the Service after a new version takes effect, you accept it.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. We first try to resolve disputes through negotiation. If that fails, the dispute is submitted to the competent courts of Almaty, Kazakhstan, unless mandatory provisions of law provide otherwise.
18. General provisions
These Terms, together with the documents they refer to, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain in force. Our not enforcing a provision does not mean we waive it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours in a reorganisation or sale of the Service.
