Privacy Policy

The controller of your personal data is Sanzhar Orel, an individual based in Almaty, Kazakhstan. For any question or request about personal data, write to support@manylander.com.

• Account data: your email address, your password (stored only as a salted hash by our authentication provider) and your interface language.
• Content you upload or create: lander archives and files, tracker configurations (offer links, pixel IDs, custom code), connected domains and deployment history.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and request metadata that our infrastructure provider processes in server logs when you use the Service, and authentication session data.
• Correspondence: messages you send us by email.

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers in the Service.

• To provide the Service — create your account, process and publish landers, connect domains. Basis: performance of our contract with you.
• To keep the Service secure — prevent abuse, investigate complaints and incidents. Basis: our legitimate interest.
• To send service messages — account confirmation and important notices about the Service. Basis: performance of the contract and our legitimate interest. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
• To comply with the law — where we have a legal obligation.

We use only what the Service needs in order to work:

• an authentication cookie that keeps you signed in;
• a cookie that remembers your interface language;
• your chosen theme (light or dark), stored in your browser’s local storage.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Because the items above are strictly necessary for the Service, we do not ask for cookie consent.

Landers published through Manylander belong to our customers. When someone opens such a lander, we process the technical data needed to deliver the page (IP address, browser data and request metadata, handled by our infrastructure provider) and record anonymised events — a visit or a click — together with the country derived from the IP address. Manylander itself does not set cookies on these pages and does not build visitor profiles.

Tracking parameters, pixels and forms on a lander are configured by the customer who published it. That customer determines the purposes and means of processing such data and is its controller; we act as a processor on the customer’s behalf. For questions about a particular lander, contact whoever published it. To report a violation, write to abuse@manylander.com.

We use the following providers, who process data on our behalf:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, content delivery, file storage, server logs and forwarding of mail sent to our addresses;
• Supabase, Inc. — authentication and database;
• Resend, Inc. — sending service emails (email confirmation, password recovery).

We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or transfer it to a successor if the Service is reorganised or sold. We do not sell personal data.

Our database is hosted in the European Union (Ireland). Cloudflare operates a global network, so data may also be processed in other countries, including the United States. Where the law requires it, such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards — for example, the standard contractual clauses offered by these providers.

• Account and content: for as long as your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete it together with its content within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep something longer.
• Deleted landers: a deleted lander disappears from your account immediately; its files may remain in our storage until scheduled cleanup. You can ask us to erase them sooner.
• Server logs: kept for a limited time, normally no longer than 30 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, write to support@manylander.com — we will reply within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

All connections to the Service are encrypted. Access to data is separated per account at the database level, passwords are stored only as hashes, and uploaded files are treated as untrusted and are never executed on our servers. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the Service.
