Acceptable Use Policy

You are responsible for your landers, for the offers they lead to and for your advertising campaigns. You must comply with the laws that apply to you and to the audience you target, and with the rules of the advertising platforms you work with.

The Service may not be used to publish or promote:

• anything that is illegal where it is published or in the countries the advertising targets;
• child sexual abuse material or any sexualisation of minors;
• phishing, fake login or payment pages, or any collection of credentials or payment data by deception;
• malware, exploits, unwanted downloads or malicious redirects;
• fraud, including fake investment schemes, fake giveaways and pages built to obtain money or data by deception;
• impersonation of real people, companies, media outlets, banks or government bodies, or use of their names, logos or likeness to mislead;
• content that infringes copyright, trademark rights or the right to privacy;
• harassment, threats, or publishing other people’s personal data or intimate images without their consent;
• incitement to violence, terrorism or hatred;
• illegal goods and services, or regulated ones — such as gambling, financial services, medicines or adult content — without the licences and permits required in the countries the advertising targets.

The Service may not be used to show advertising platform moderators, reviewers, crawlers or automated checks content that differs from what regular visitors see, or to detect such reviewers and treat them differently. The Service has no such feature, and adding one with your own code is prohibited.

You may not:

• try to access other customers’ data or bypass the isolation between accounts;
• probe, scan or overload the Service, or circumvent its limits;
• upload files designed to attack or disrupt our processing system;
• use the Service as file storage or to distribute files unrelated to your landers;
• run cryptocurrency mining or similar code that abuses visitors’ device resources;
• use the Service to attack, scan or disrupt other people’s systems or networks;
• promote pages hosted on the Service through spam — unsolicited bulk email, messages or comments;
• create accounts by automated means.

Connect only domains you control. Do not use domains that imitate well-known brands or organisations in order to mislead visitors.

If these rules are violated, we may remove content, unpublish landers, disconnect domains, and suspend or close the account. Depending on how serious the violation is, we may act without prior notice. Accounts that break these rules repeatedly are closed. We do not monitor content on an ongoing basis, but we may review it when handling a complaint or an incident, and we cooperate with authorities where the law requires it.

To complain about a lander or a domain, write to abuse@manylander.com with the URL and a description of the problem. In a copyright complaint, also identify the protected work and include your contact details. We review every report and act on substantiated complaints.
